ROSSICA Choir. Tour of England, 2000.

Ancient Music Centre "ROSSICA" is one of the leading classical music agencies in St.Petersburg, Russia. Our history began more than 20 years ago when the "Rossica" choir was formed.

Among others our activities include: 

• Representation of Russian performers. Our Artists List includes such great artists as "Soloists of St.Petersburg" chamber ensemble conducted by Michael Gantvarg, "Rossica" choir under leadership of Valentina Kopylova and some others.

• Organisation of concert tours to Russia for foreign artists. We've been the agent for St.Mary's Church Choir (Warwick, UK), Coro AuditeNova (Italy), "Tslilei Kfar-saba" (Israel), etc.

• Scientific researches. A group of musicologists is a part of the Centre working on deciphering of ancient Russian music. Their work resulted in Anthology of Russian and East-Slavonic Music of XI-XX cc.

We also promote a number of Special projects and festivals in co-operation with St.Petersburg State Shostakovitch Philharmonic, St. Petersburg State Conservatoire and State Concert Agency "Petersburg-Concert".
